Terms and conditionsNon-Dutch inhabitants need to finish their registration online and need to select the Pay at the Front Desk payment option. The contact person will receive a confirmation of his/her entries. This contact person alone is responsible for the total payment of his/her entries at the front desk. The contact person needs to print out the confirmation and bring this to the front desk. Entered players on this confirmation can’t pay individually! Payments need to be done at the front desk at the opening day of the tournament.
Cancellation policies:
Cancellation has to be done in writing (by letter, fax or e-mail). The NDB considers the date of receipt of your letter, fax or e-mail as the right and definite cancellation date. This is the date on which the cancellation conditions will be judged. The NDB applies the following cancellation policies concerning the Dutch Open Darts 2012.

Cancellation policies hotel:
Arrangements and hotel stays are only to be booked directly with NH Conference Centre Koningshof. Cancellation policies concerning arrangements and hotel stays can be obtained with NH Conference Centre Koningshof.
